Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of advising countless individuals on supplements and over-the-counter medications, earning their trust as they seek to treat ailments and maintain their health.

I’ve witnessed patients come to the pharmacy with the aim of acquiring essential products to support their daily health maintenance or to address specific illnesses.

Many face barriers such as financial constraints, lack of transportation, educational gaps, and concerns over insurance restrictions and language differences. The escalating cost of medications, influenced significantly by insurance companies and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), has further compounded these difficulties.

As medication costs continue to rise, patients increasingly seek alternative ways to improve their health outcomes, frustrated by the pricing strategies of big pharma and the complex, often opaque practices of PBMs that contribute to higher drug prices and reduced access to affordable options.

Unfortunately, sifting through the vast amounts of information online—both credible and misleading—can be overwhelming.

To support our community, I’ve dedicated myself to providing supplements backed by real data and sharing my professional assessment of their efficacy. My goal is to ensure that the products we offer are trustworthy and effective, giving our patients the confidence to take control of their health.
